The Simcenter Mechanical portfolio contains two complementary FEA pre/post tools, Femap and Simcenter 3D, for use by engineers involved in mechanical product design and engineering.

Combined with Teamcenter and Simcenter Nastran, these tools are used by customers globally to help enable a complete digital thread for structural and mechanical Simulation.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss:

  • The key similarities and differences between Simcenter 3D and Femap.
  • The types of engineering workflows and user personas that each tool supports.
  • How both tools integrate with Teamcenter and Simcenter Nastran to create a complete digital thread for structural and mechanical simulation.
  • The packaging and licensing options within the broader Simcenter portfolio.
