Students will learn to write their own DMAP extensions to enhance the capabilities of NX Nastran. DMAP can be used to enhance the functionality of NX Nastran including computation of different responses, transfer of nonstandard data to and from NX Nastran, and incorporation of other user-developed algorithms. The student will learn to use the DMAP language through the presentation of lecture materials and the completion of example problems.
